Your vision gets translated — first by hand, then in 3D. You see the piece before a single gram of silver is melted.
Once the render is right, you sign off and a 50% deposit secures your production slot on the bench.
This is where the real work happens. Every piece is made by hand, at one bench, by one maker.
For custom jewelry, a $50–$100 design fee covers the sketches and 3D render — and it's credited toward your final price if you move forward. Grillz have no separate design fee. The 50% production deposit only comes after you've approved the final design.
Revisions happen at the sketch stage and the 3D render stage. Once production begins, the design is locked — but up to that point, we iterate until it's right.
The deposit is refundable if you cancel before the design is approved. Once production begins — materials ordered, casting started — the deposit is nonrefundable. Full details are in the client contract.
Yes — nationwide shipping is standard. Every package is fully insured, tracked, and requires a signature on delivery. International shipping available on request.
Absolutely. Progress photos are sent at every major stage — after casting, after setting, after final polish. Many clients say it's the best part of the process.
Rush production is possible for a 25% fee, typically completing in 2 weeks depending on complexity. Reach out first — some designs can be rushed, others truly can't.
